Tomato Rice Ingredients: 1 can Heinz Tomato Soup 2 cups White Rice 2 tbsp Ghee 1 pc Cinnamon Bark 5 pcs Star Anise 5 pcs Cloves 4 cups Water
Method 1. Heat a pot and add the ghee. 2. Add the spices and fry until fragrant. 3. Add the tomato soup and water. Bring to boil. 4. Add rice and mix well. 5. Transfer to a rice cooker and cook till rice is firm. 6. Use raisin, toasted almond flakes and golden fried shallot for garnish.
Preparation and Usage
Ready to Serve Heinz Tomato Soup 1. Empty contents into a saucepan and stir gently while heating. 2. No water needed while heating. 3. Do not boil or overcook as this will impair the flavour. 4. Ready to serve with toast or bread.
Empty unused contents into a suitable covered container. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Best before end - see can end
